Despite being obviously ill, the hotel staff seemed indifferent and failed to properly address the situation. The lack of hygiene awareness was alarming, with visible signs of illness around the premises, which left us feeling concerned for our health.

Hygiene seems to be an issue. Just a tiny detail that makes staying here a little dangerous. Oh, and not even a welcome gift, how rude!

The hotel impresses with a clean environment and extensive food variety, particularly fresh salads and delicious sausages that delighted our family. The spacious room offered a great ocean view, while the attentive staff made dining and spa experiences enjoyable. The nearby beach area felt crowded at times, and access to Wi-Fi was inconsistent in certain areas were great. With high taxi prices to the airport, planning transportation ahead of time is advisable.

The nice weather and the excellent view.
old rooms and furniture, A beach hotel which don't provide beach towel, it's a pity. My room had a veiw to the waist, I complained about it, nevertheless it was not mentioned at the booking website what kind of rooms can one get for that price. I was told, sorry but we can't provide an other room. Other ones may hav worth than you, f. examp. with the view to the street, without sun. The receptionist suggested me to go up to the sun terrace or to the bar terrace which bouth were very nice withouth doubt. But I would know in advance what I buy for my money, and if I can afford it it's me who want to decise what kind of view I will see during my vacation after 12 hours flyght time.

Overall selection and quality of food is excellent, wellness, the view from balcony, near bus stop
After arrival we were shocked by the "beach" on which should be the hotel placed (it is small "beach" (woudn´t call it beach) full of sharp stones, black muddy sand, full of broken glass, so you have to find something elese for the swimming in the ocean, there is nothing to do in town as there is really NOTHING (except one or two supermarkets) so we realised than one and only thing what we were meant to do was just sitting by the pool and eating. We were also unpleasantly surprised by the different "rules" of the hotel - inspite of the fact that the half of the clients were the families with children (minimum), they were allowed to use wellness pools only from 9 to 12 (with diffent age children and cool weather may be frustrating) but after 12am the welless area was absolutely empty - in 11 days I didn ´t realised for whom it was really reserved. There were also a lot of rules to follow and girl chasing you "doing not this and that ( like don´t put your bag /towels here but there) and even if they have same sort of "miniclub" and playground I´ve had the strange feeling that people having a children were something like people having a mental disorder. No comment about the animation at the hotel - globally I woud highly recommned the hotel to the pensioners looking for the wellness, good food and simple evening entertainment, with no lust to leave the gates of the hotel for the whole time.

serene, serene, serene
I was taken by the panoramic sea views right from my balcony-every sunset reminded me of a masterpiece! The rooftop solarium was my go-to spot, perfect for soaking up the sun. Plus, the kids totally adored the mini club with fun activities, leaving us some time to relax too!
totally recommend ❤️🌴

The hotel was a real find, great staff, esp the young guy on reception called Nesta,The food was good and different every day, the position of the hotel was frontline in a lovely fishing village. The best part of the hotel however was the brand new spa centre in the basement, this was amazing!!!! although the hotel was full, at no time did we have to queue. Overall the hotel was an excellent choice and we will be going back !!!
